Founder and CEO
One day I started thinking about retirement. I was going to be 49 years old when I could retire from my current company (30 years). I needed something else to do. I have worked in the janitorial business since I was 18 years old. I know the ins and outs of cleaning and sanitizing. I decided to start my cleaning business, since it is what I know best. In 2015, I started my cleaning business, Andrew’s Magic Touch Cleaning Service. My wife and I started cleaning houses on the weekends. I then started getting my name out there and stated cleaning a few medical facilities.
I met Bob Arenella when he was the owner of Allstar Cleaning Service, a successful janitorial company. He shared some of his business practices with me and emphasized that I need to focus on providing quality service, caring for customers’ needs and staying committed to ethical practices and the revenue would follow. So, it became all about delivering exceptional service first.
Over the years, we have grown from two employees to nearly 40 by consistently providing great service to our clients. We are there for them in their times of need and fulfill any special requests they have, in a timely manner.
Our growth can also be attributed to our understanding that our employees are our greatest assets. We always take the time to listen to them and support them in their moments of need. Being a caring management team for our staff goes a long way. We aim to continue to grow and become the janitorial service provider for many more businesses in Brevard and Indian River counties. We want to be the company that provides a clean and sanitary environment for our clients, their staff, and their guests. Additionally, we strive to offer good full- and part- time jobs for those willing to care for our clients with the same passion that we do.
Robert Arenella, COO
Bob Arenella has actively shaped the janitorial industry since 1991. Throughout his career, he has consistently prioritized exceptional care for both his clients and his employees. He founded Allstar Cleaning Service Inc. in Brevard County, where he worked tirelessly to develop it into one of the region’s premier janitorial services, employing over 80 staff members. After selling Allstar Cleaning Service, he managed the Central Florida division of a national janitorial service for five years.
Bob later transitioned to a facilities management role, all the while partnering with Andrew Stephens to establish Andrew’s Magic Touch Cleaning Service, a successful janitorial service that serves all of Brevard and Indian River Counties.details, as many or as few as you are comfortable with.
Kimberly “Kim” Stephens, Office Manager
Kim is Andrew’s wife and worked after hours to help start the business alongside Andrew. She worked in the medical field for 30 years, mainly in outpatient surgery centers. Over the years Kim has maintained several different roles. She has worked as front desk clerk, scheduling, medical coding and billing, operating room tech, office manager of an outpatient surgery center, office manager of physical therapy center, office manager of orthopedic center and backup to administrator. She has participated in many state inspections and was well trained in JCAHO “Joint commission” and AHCA medical standards set forth by the government. She also has the training and knowledge for proper cleaning, sterilization, sanitizing and use of universal precautions. In 2021, Kim and Andrew decided it was time for her to come on as full time office manager, as she could no longer do the business on a part time basis. Kim handles the day to day operations of the business and any issues or special last minute requests and schedules staff accordingly. Kim takes pride in cleaning and enjoys communicating with the clients and employees.
